This page tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of the Goods listed on our website to you.

Coutik.com are committed to providing you with Terms which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these Terms.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Goods to you (Contract). Before ordering any Goods from our site please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Goods from our site.

We amend these Terms from time to time. By using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions displayed below as well as our privacy policy. We advise checking this page regularly to take note of any new changes.

These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.


Customer Orders 

All items shown on our website are in stock based at our UK warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. If due to unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order we will contact you immediately on your provided email.

Your order is accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we have received your payment and the item will be dispatched from our warehouse based in the UK within 1-2 working days of receiving the cleared payment. We will ship the products via tracked postage service.

Please enter the delivery address carefully as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed with coutik.com. Occasionally and very rarely events outside of our control may mean delays are incurred. We will notify you in that case. All orders are sent out using tracked courier (as our chosen courier) once payment is accepted, using a tracking code. Delivery rates for UK, Europe, and Rest of the World can be found below.

At coutik.com we take pride in making your shopping experience enjoyable with us and delight in your delivery arriving on time. However for unknown reasons our couriers may experience delays in transit but no worries we are always here to help you.

For order you can pay us by credit or Debit card and PayPal. Cards we accepts (MasterCard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro / Amex).

Please note products and prices are subject to change and we charge in GB pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. Please refer to the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency in to GB pounds. This applies to refunds too as rates fluctuate, cost may incur from your card provider.

The coutik.com is not responsible for the changing rates in any given country.

We will not be held responsible for pricing error of goods due to internal or software problems. The coutik.com reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case

Note: For EU destinations, we ship within the EU on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis and all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

For International and Non EU destinations we will continue to ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis this means that tax and duties charges are the responsibility of our customer and need to be paid on delivery of your order. Our prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties and UK VAT is not charged. Tax and duties are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.


Returns policy:

From the time of receipt of your purchased item you can give yourself 15 days to decide whether its right for you or not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility. But if you have received the damaged product, please do contact us and we will provide a free return label to you to return the goods back to us free of cost for a refund or an exchange.

 Anything that's purchased and returned outside of 15 days will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the amount you paid for that item which can be used at a later date to purchase another item. Any made to order item or alteration are not refundable.

We just need you to return the item in exactly the same condition in which it was sent out to you & must have the original tags, packing & be unused. For leather wallets, leather bags all branded original boxes in which the item came in must also be returned undamaged. We would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.

Refunds and exchanges in the UK - if any, shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned back to us. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Refunds and exchanges outside of the UK - if any, shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive

If an item is damaged during transit, or in the unlikely event is faulty we will refund or exchange the item only and not the delivery cost. Only upon receipt of the goods with the fault or damage outlined, along with the return slip will a refund or exchange be given. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before the item is dispatched via email coutik@znexco.com with the relevant account name, address and order number at hand. This applies only to www.coutik.com

We will not be held responsible for pricing error of goods due to internal or software problems. Coutik.co.uk reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case. Vouchers, Discount codes, Promotions

Time to time Coutik.com runs various promotions to be closer to the wishes of its customers. The various discount codes, vouchers or promotions do not cumulate. A voucher is not redeemable for cash. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. Coutik.co.uk reserves the right to alter/end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All promotions are valid for any product that is not already on sale.
